Part of the joy of any hobby is the ability to share your ideas/experiences with others. To these ends, NOMRE:

The Club currently maintain two fully modular layouts, one HO-Scale and one N-Scale (N-Trak), all supporting analog DC and digital DCC with remote operations.

We are a trailer club, and therefore the only times one can view our layouts is when we have them displayed at various shows across Western New York and Southern Ontario. Please check our "NOMRE Activities Calendar" link for the dates and locations we will be displaying our layouts.

To be considered for Regular or Junior Membership one must complete the following:

1. This application form, and have it signed by an active member in good standing.
2. Submit the completed form to the NOME Treasurer.
3. Attend six NOMRE sponsored events, at least three of which shall be Regular Meetings, prior to being approved by the majority of the members present at a Regular Meeting after the seventh event,
4. Pay the initiation fee and the annual membership dues.

A NOMRE sponsored event shall be defined as a work session of at least two hours duration, an exhibition of NOMRE operating layouts, including set up and/or dismantling, or any other event so designated at the time the event is scheduled. Work sessions can be located at shows, members' homes or at the clubhouse. The presence of the prospective member at the event shall, at his request, be attested by the event chairman or the prospective member's spouse who shall report to the NOMRE secretary. These requirements may be waived for cause.
