Educational Endeavors:

Part of the joy of any hobby is the ability to share your ideas/experiences with others. To these ends, NOMRE:

1.       Developed a slide show that covers first generation diesels up to current day locomotives.

2.       Fabricated a portable display illustrating the size difference between the various scales.

3.       Taken part in various projects to help the Boy Scouts with completing their railroad merit badge.

4.       Has conducted activities for various groups, including the Salvation Army, to educate children and adults in the various aspects of the model railroading hobby.
